Ordering Information:
Thank you for shopping with Kinfolk Crafts! When you are ready to order an item in the store,
click on the "Add One to Basket" or enter the quantity of the item you'd like and click
on the "Add to Basket" button. You can also click on the "Buy One Now" button if you have no further shopping to do. To view your shopping cart, click
on the "View Shopping Basket" link at the top to
view or update the items in your shopping cart.
Change Product Quantity: If you would like to change the quantity of an item in the
shopping cart, click on the "View Shopping Basket" link, change the quantity and click on the
"Update" button. If you would like to remove an item
from your basket, click on the "Remove" button.
Checking Out: When you are ready to complete your order, click on the "Complete Your Order" link to finalize and pay for your order. If you have not purchased us from us before, please click on the "Create New Account" link or login with your existing account information. You may also select "Place Order Without Account" link if you prefer not to create an account at this time.

Payment Information:
Kinfolk Crafts accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, E-Check or PayPal payments. Your credit transaction is handled by on a secure server. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Reciept and Download Links: You will receive an email receipt for all purchases and charges to
your credit card - please make sure you have entered your email address correctly. If you are ordering a downloadable product, the link to download your product will be on this email receipt. This link will expire after 30 days, or 5 tries. If you have trouble downloading an item, please contact us for assistance.
Declined Credit Card: If you have selected to pay by credit card and your card is declined, you will be accessed an additional $10 fee.
Fraudulent Charge Backs: All charge backs are fully verified and proof of service or delivery will be sent to the account holders credit card company. You will be charged a minimum amount of $50 for filing a fraudulent charge back. This is our administration charge for handling the charge back. All charge backs will be turned over to our collection agency and this will affect your credit rating. We take charge backs serious and will not tolerate fraudulent charge backs. Please review our Refund Policy or contact us if you feel you are entitled to a refund. Fruadulent chargebacks are illegal and we will send all information requested by your credit card company.

Shipping Information:
Shipping charges are based on shipping
within the continental U.S. only. Orders are shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail
or UPS depending upon the item ordered. Extra shipping charges may
apply to bulk or oversized items, and for orders shipped outside of the
U.S. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your order.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged on items
shipped to an address in Missouri (USA), and will be added to your order
when you checkout.

Refund Policy:
It is our hope that you will be
satisfied with all purchases through Kinfolk Crafts. Kinfolk Crafts offers no refunds for services rendered, craft patterns, digital graphics or graphic CDs. If a CD is damaged or lost during shipment, please contact us for replacement options.
